I've spoken to Curt on your behalf and there is no bolt on hitch for your 2010 E450, but you can use the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch and Brackets with 3" Drop # 15901. You will need to weld it on to your frame. This hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight of 15,000 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 1,500 lbs. It has a 3 inch drop which you may want more. Here is the same hitch but it has almost a 11 inch drop # 15902.
